Holy Trinity Holds Blessing of the Cars

Annual event promotes safe driving as senior prom season approaches.

Holy Trinity’s Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D.) Club held their Annual Blessing of the Cars recently in anticipation of prom season.

This event was created by the school’s chaplain,to promote safe driving with the Senior class as prom season approaches. More than 40 vehicles were blessed, including Driver’s Education cars and school buses.

Police and other authorities say this time of year, as proms and graduations approach, tends to be the most dangerous for young drivers. They urge student drivers and their parents to be aware of the dangers and take all precautions.
