Seventeen talented string players from Plainview J.F.K. High School recently attended a performance by Black Violin.

Kev Marcus (violin) and Wil-B (viola) make up the classically trained, youthful duo
that performs a mix of Hip-Hop and Classical music. This unusual combination took place at the Tilles Center at C.W. Post.

The High School's long-time orchestra director, Glenn Rubin, says “at Plainview-Old Bethpage J.F.K. High School we like to expose our students to every possibility of self-expression.”
