1. The Plainview-Old Bethpage Board of Edcation. meets tonight in open session for its first meeting of February. It comes on the heels of a budget workshop last week. The meeting, open to the public, is at 7:45. p.m.
2. The Plainview Hospital hosts the American Liver Foundation Hepatitis Support Group at 7 p.m. in the in-service classroom.
3. The Plainview Old Bethpage Public Library, hosts a free book discussion at 1 p.m. with Barbara Krupit. Today's selection is "A Secret Kept," by Tatiana de Rosnay.
