Mah Jong Group Meets at Library

Here's the top events in Plainview Thursday.

The Plainview Library hosts its Mah Jong community group Thursday at 1 p.m.

2. Meanwhile at the library, The Conservative Society for Action  meets Thursday night at 7. The group discusses current events with a conservative viewpoint.

3. Plainview Schools open next week for classes. You can see the school-year schedule here. The first week of school is a short one. Students have classes on Wednesday, then are off for Rosh Hashanah Thursday and Friday.
