Nassau Suffolk Water Commissioners' Association (NSWCA) Launches First Ever Website

Long Island, NY; March 12, 2014 -The Nassau Suffolk Water Commissioners’ Association (NSWCA), a Long Island based organization comprised of 21 Long Island water district commissioners of which Plainview Water District’s Andrew N. Bader serves as Secretary,  recently launched its first ever organizational website, www.nswcawater.org. Featuring a clean and sophisticated design with intuitive navigation and database capabilities, NSWCA’s new site is an online information hub for water issues and developments that also offers a direct gateway to the 21 Long Island water districts affiliated with the association, including Plainview.

“NSWCA is excited to introduce its new website, which provides the general public with a centralized Internet portal for information relating to Long Island’s water, as well as the 21 commissioner-run member water districts,” said NSWCA President Howard Abbondondelo of Albertson Water District.  “This website, and particularly our News and Water Facts columns, establishes who we are while collectively showcasing our mission and what we do as an organization. The website will be regularly updated to reflect new developments relating to water issues, as well what our members are doing.”
