The Schlitt Law Firm Name Plainview College Student to Internship and Scholarship Program

The Schlitt Law Firm has expanded its internship and scholarship program to include a third student. The Firm has selected Ki Yun (Tony) Kim from Plainview for its legal internship program. Carol L. Schlitt, the founding partner of the Schlitt Law Firm, said, “Tony represents everything we value: he’s smart, curious, driven, responsible and enthusiastic. He has already made key contributions and shows a promising future.”

The Schlitt Firm internship is a paid position and carries a $500 scholarship upon completion of the program. The internship provides exposure to all areas of the practice, opportunities to go to court and to work with clients. It includes extensive educational components on writing, research, case development and the drafting of legal documents. “We challenge our interns and expect they will work hard and gain meaningful experience. We want Tony to experience working for a value-driven firm and to advocate for clients,” said Carol Schlitt. “We will know we succeeded if we contribute to his blossoming career.”
