Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs, D-Woodbury, was an invited guest at the Resident Appreciation Day at Atria Senior Living located on Washington Avenue in Plainview.
The event, held in the late afternoon on Jan. 31, was part of a national thank you for residents who are enjoying their years at Atria.
Jacobs, a frequent invited guest at Atria events, said, “Once again, another delightful time with wonderful staff and residents at Atria. I discussed recent developments in the area such as the installation of the long awaited left turn signal onto Washington Avenue from Manetto Hill Road.
"It was a true give-and-take and I wished everyone well.”
