Blood Drive: The Hicksville Fire Department will host a blood drive for the Michael Magro Foundation from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Foundation is named for a Hicksville Middle School Student who died of leukemia.
Music Under the Stars: Singing legend Helen Reddy performs at Ellsworth W. Allen Park in Farmingdale. Showtime is 8 p.m.
Senior Program: The Town of Oyster Bay's Senor Program meets at the Glen Head Community Center, with classes at 9:30 a.m.,10:30 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Children's Performance: There will be performances of Disney's "Camp Rock Tappan Beach at 10:30 a.m. and at Theodore Roosevelt Park in Oyster Bay at 1:30 p.m.
Movie: Argo, which won the Academy Award for Best picture will be shown twice at the Plainview Library at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
