Snow Covers Plainview
The community dealt with the elements; tonight could be slippery.
The first significant snowfall of the year didn't disrupt life too much in Plainview Tuesday.
School went on as planned and business went on largely as usual.
While the storm left about 2-3 inches in some areas of town, with temperatures just above freezing, the road surfaces were wet but passable.
That could change overnight, when temperatures are expected to dip below freezing.
