1. Today is Valentine's Day and Plainview Patch has a  for your sweatheart.

2. Do you like the music of the great tenors Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras? The  hosts a musical lecture about their careers Monday at 2 p.m.. The program includes recorded excerpts from their appearances. Free; but first come, first served.

3. The library is also the setting for a class, the Latin-American dance and exercise phenomenon. The session is hosted Monday by Carol Rodriguez from 4:45–5:45 p.m.
