A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

The Patio Players present the classic Stephen Sondheim musical the classic 1962 Broadway romp that opens Saturday March 17 at the .

The book by Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, inspired by the farces of Roman playwright Plautus, garnered multiple Tony Awards, including Best Musical and Best Book, in 1962. Since that it has since numerous incarnations, on Broadway and in London and across amateur stages across the world.

The PJC's cast and crew combine local and regional talent to present four performances of this memorable Broadway classic. Performances are Saturday March 17 and 24 at 8:15 p.m.; Sundays March 18 and 25 at 3 p.m.
