Musical performance with accomplished composer Matthew Fishteyn, a young talented musician, performer, singer, composer and songwriter.
Matthew has been playing piano for more than 13 years. Matthew graduated from The Special Music School of America. He received 1st Place in the Young Musicians’ competition in Wagner College in 2010.

Matthew performs as if he is conducting an orchestra, bringing every performance to life with his incredible dynamic palette and knowledge of the instruments and repertoire.
The year of 2010 marked a new direction for Matthew. He recorded his first album, "Exquisite Mind," which contained his first original compositions for piano and guitar. Quite recently, Matthew came out with his second album, "Mystery Man," which is a culmination of his composing yet, in different styles of music. Matthew's own music has been influenced and includes Rag Time, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock n' Roll. He takes the audience on a journey to the heart of music. His performance fulfilled with a great taste of his own piano compositions. In addition to playing his own compositions, Matthew will include in his performance some of ol' time favorites that he has interpreted for the modern language of the keyboard. In addition, Matthew offers a new program " History of American Jazz in Pictures and Music" in the form of a lecture.
The music will include all time Jazz favorites and a slide show. This program includes interesting facts from Jazz history, recorded soundtracks of famous Jazzplayers and some music will be played live by Matthew himself.
The program is produced for a broader audience. Matthew has been performing in many libraries, camps, community centers, and various venues in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
