Plainview Students Learn From a Master
Chef Tyler Reinhart makes a visit to Plainview JFK and works alongside culinary students.
Plainview JFK students got the chance to work with expert Chef Tyler Reinhart and learned some of the basics from a master.
Students enrolled in the Food Nutrition & Wellness/Gourmet Food course recently learned about advanced cooking skills Reinhart, of Johnson and Wales University.
Reinhart shared his knowledge and advice to the students in Mrs. Jahn’s class. Reinhart taught an interactive lesson to students by demonstrating chopping and dicing techniques, along with sautéing lessons.
