Fashion Show Fundraising & Networking Extravaganza

Kick off to Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

On Tuesday Oct. 4 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, Moms Who Kick Inc., which is a 501C (3) Public Charity that promotes physical fitness and proper nutrition, will host a  event.

To help kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the official launch of the Moms Who Kick calendar, which is themed strength and elegance, the fashion show promises an evening of entertainment.

Meet the Calendar Model Moms, including eight breast cancer survivors. Also have an opportunity to network with community business leaders and enjoy an open bar, buffet dinner and a gala fashion show.

The latest clothing trends from Lonny’s and evening and cocktail attire from Nikki’s Dressing Room of Huntington will highlight the night.

Jay Brenner of of Plainview, who helped to create the images in the 2012 calendar, will also be on hand to meet and greet guests.

Patrick Wilson from Cool Breeze Entertainment with emcee Cathy Berger the founder of Fashion Societe will provide the music.

Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased at http://momswhokick.com/. All net proceeds from this event will directly benefit breast cancer research at North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital, The Katz Institute for Women’s Health and Katz Women’s Hospitals.
