Great Escape: A Hop, Skip and a Jump to Hot Yoga

Back in February, we featured to give our readers a relaxing and healthy escape from the burdens of everyday life. Similar to the Plainview yoga spa, we are now suggesting Hot Yoga of Massapequa, an intense yoga experience just minutes out of town.

At Hot Yoga of Massapequa, clients of all skill levels are welcomed with open arms. Multiple classes are offered daily from 6:15 a.m. to 8 p.m., so there is always room to fit a session or two in your schedule.

A great introductory special is available for new customers. For just $20, yoga newbies are invited for 10 days of unlimited yoga classes.

After your initial experience, Hot Yoga of Massapequa offers great package deals that can fit into any budget. If you are serious about weight loss, stress reduction or trying to keep fit, a prepaid package will be great for you. For $90, you can book five classes in advanced, or for $160 you can book 10 sessions. One month of unlimited classes costs $175 and an unlimited year is $1,350. Students are offered a 15 percent discount on all packages.

For each class, guests will need a large towel and yoga mat. If you don't have your own, don't worry, because all supplies are available for sale or for rent at the studio. It's extra hot in the room, so be sure to bring plenty of water as well.
