Minnesota Executive Joins Plainview Company

Numainville named principal of Retail Feedback Group.

Brian Numainville has joined the Retail Feedback Group of Plainview.

He spent 18 years at Nash Finch Co., a Fortune 500 Minnesota-based food distributor and retailer, most recently as senior director, research and public relations.

Numainville also served as chair of the NFC Foundation, Nash Finch's charitable giving arm, for seven years.

Founded in 1974, The Retail Feedback Group has consulted with grocery retailers across the U.S. to align their strategies and tactics using feedback from primary and secondary customers, competitive shoppers, store associates, and office/distribution personnel.

Numainville earned his M.A. in Communication Studies and his B.A. summa cum laude in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. He also holds Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the Marketing Research Association.

Numainville has also been recognized for his numerous contributions to the community. He received the 40 Under Forty Award from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, as well as the Alumni of Notable Achievement Award from the University of Minnesota and the WCCO "Good Neighbor" Award. Numainville serves as chair of the Board of Hands of Freedom, an international nonprofit helping those in poverty in India.
