The Fur-rari Rally Is Coming to Plainview!

An event you can bring your four-legged family pet with you.

Coming Sept. 24, beginning at 9:30 a.m. is a unique event that you can bring your well-trained four legged friends to.

, located at 65 South Service Road, Plainview, and the Little Shelter, one of Long Island’s no-kill animal shelters, are co-sponsoring an event called the Fur-rari Rally to the Beach.

Guests and their pets are invited to the Ferrari dealership’s showroom for a light breakfast and coffee in order to meet some of the Little Shelter's furry friends who are need a good home.

The morning will have raffle prizes and also an award for “Best in Show.” 

During the event Little Shelter will also be accepting donations for some much needed items. They could use pet beds, unopened dog and cat toys, collars, leashes, food bowls, and much more. You can see the full list on the attached flyer.

If you are looking for a fun event, or maybe thinking of adding a new pet to the family come out and see what Little Shelter has and help them continue their no-kill policies.

I have ben living here for over 30 years, and I cannot recall it ever being done. It needs to be done soon, I so agree with you. Maybe Mangano will see this and do something, then again if we lived in Bethpage, it would of been done already.
