Town workers were out in full force at Plainview-Old Bethpage Communty Park Wednesday, as the area gets ready for the Nassau Pops concert.
The stage was set and the baseball field near the pool and the park's picnic area was roped off in advance of the 8 p.m. performance.
Lou Panacciulli will conduct the orchestra. There will be vocal performances by Jack and Ann Cassin as well as music from harmonica virtuoso Jia-Yi.
Residents should bring a lawn chair or blanket, and enjoy the show!
