It's one of the busiest roads in the area and on Tuesday it was the scene of a major accident.
Eight people were injured in the crash near the split of Routes 106 and 107. It's an area near the Broadway Mall, numerous businesses and the Hicksvile LIRR station.
The accident happened at night, but it's an area that sees traffic 24/7.
