This position is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, developing, integrating and deploying an architecture focused on creating solutions using technology.

Requirements:  Specific Qualifications (items are required unless otherwise noted):

• A Bachelor's Degree is required (IT or related); a Masters or MBA is preferred
• 5-10+ years of IT management experience in an SAP environment with a multinational company, with at least 5 years in a senior role
• 10 years of experience with SAP in any of the following areas: BOBJ, CRM, FICO, HR, MM, PLM, PM, PS, PP, QM, SCM, SD, SRM, TPM, WF, ABAP, Archiving, Basis and Portal
• 5 years of experience successfully managing IT projects with extensive experience gained in a range of SAP Project environments and disciplines
• Excellent leadership and management skills with proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.

Research Scientist

Responsible for leading the design and implementation of research projects to support the development of internal drug candidates. Maintains an up to knowledge of the current scientific literature and applies this knowledge on a day-to-day basis to meet their research objectives.
