Do you wish your parents or grandparents were cyber-savvy? What can we do about it?

I don't know about you, but I wish mom was on Facebook.

She lives far away and hasn't seen the latest photos of my two teenage daughters, or a shot of me shaking hands with on . She does read Patch almost daily (I know: she critiques by phone) but only with the help of her grandson, who signs her in with the secret codes, cyber-searches, and such.
