Daylight Saving Time began at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
That means we "spring foward" one hour Sunday.
Conventional clocks will need to be pushed foward one hour. Electronic ones connected to I-phones and computers do it automatically.
Most of the United States will remain on Daylight Saving Time until 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, when we in New York return to Eastern Standard Time.
