Tell Us Where The Potholes Are in Plainview

It’s roadwork season, so let’s identify the streets that need repair.

Potholes! It’s the equivalent of a curse on Long Island.

These gravelly, asphalt mini graves are the scourge of any commute, spilling coffee and jarring your teeth at every opportunity.

It may have been a mild winter, but the roads around Plainview still need fixing.

Patch is on a quest to uncover the roadways and intersections with the worst potholes. So sound off in the comments section and sound the alarm. Your car – and that minivan full of kids on the way to lacrosse practice – will thank you.

Spring kicks off road repair season. We’ll take your concerns to the highway department and get timetable for repair.

And don’t forget to check our Plainview traffic map, powered by Mapquest.

Pasadena Drive - all the way from Old Country Road to the end - nicks, cuts, scars, uneven rides, potholes, etc... Needs to finally be done anew........

Old Bethpage Road (north side), one long seam opens every year. Average 6-12 inches wide, 300 yards long.

Thanks Simba: Any other places you know of. The Pasadena Drive is news to me, but I haven't been down that street in a while.
