Temple Beth Elohim Offers Free High Holy Day Tickets

Synagogue opens its doors to the community; tickets required for most admission.

, a Reform congregation in Old Bethpage, is offering free tickets to its Family and Tot Worship Services, as well as its regular 2nd Day Rosh HaShanah Worship Services this year (5773).

While these services are free and open to the community, due to security concerns, tickets will be required for admission. If you are interested in attending, the synagogue requests visitors to stop by the office any weekday to register and pick up your tickets in advance to avoid delays during the High Holy Day Worship Services.

Please note that a photo ID will be required. ickets will be made available at the door, but registration is still required, and this will delay your entrance into the Worship Service.

These services are very popular, so those interested are encouraged to register ahead of time. Below are the dates and times of the free High Holy Day Worship Services.

Rosh HaShanah, Monday, Sept. 17

  • Tot Worship Service 8:45 – 9:15 a.m.
  • Family Worship Service; 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

Tashlich: 4 p.m. Jones Beach Parking Field 6 [we meet at the Pavilion and remember to bring your own bread]

Rosh HaShanah, Tuesday, Sept. 18

  • Worship Service 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Yom Kippur, Wednesday, Sept. 26

  • Tot Worship Service, 8:45 – 9:15 a.m.
  • Family Worship Service, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
  • Yizkor, 4:30 p.m. [no ticket is necessary]
