Course includes lessons on seamanship, boat handling, rules of the road and navigation aids, regulations, marine vhf radio, introductory piloting and modern navigational techniques with training charts and an introduction to digital charting on CD ROM.
Course meets NYS and National Assoc. or State Boating Law Administrators requirements for certification.
