Everyone seems to be going gluten-free and Dr. Matt Lewis, Director of One Weight Loss, will explain just what this means at a free lecture, tour and tasting session on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 6:30pm at the Fairway Market  in Plainview (50 Manetto Hill Mall)

Dr. Matt Lewis is a Plainview-based, New York Board Certified Wellness Chiropractor and the Clinical Director of the ONE Weight Loss & Nutrition Program. Lewis says that 90% of people who have severe reactions to wheat or gluten remain undiagnosed. He will discuss ways to live a gluten-free lifestyle along with healthy eating tips.
