Public Hearing - Proposed Country Pointe at Plainview

This is a public hearing on the proposed Country Pointe at Plainview. This proposal to build 890 units of multi-family housing and 118,000 sq. feet of commercial space involves the rezoning and redevelopment of the 143 acre property south of Old Country Road and west of Round Swamp Road in Plainview/Old Bethpage.
