Uplifting Your Spirits in a Down Economy: A Panel Discussion

Economy got you down? All the negative news
we’re hearing combined with grim predictions for the future can really put you
in a state of despondency and raise your stress level. So how can you cope with
the changing times and keep your spirits up and your career in focus? Come to
the Independent Business Women’s Circle’s lively, interactive panel discussion…and
breathe a little easier!



The panel features experts in their fields who
can provide solutions to keep you on track and help you fall in love with life
again. Our panelists are:



Carol Nack - a practicing Eclectic
Psychotherapist and Life Coach for 35 Years. Her workshops have been called
"compelling, engaging, experiential ….leaves one with renewed positive
energy and possibilities for a change in mind, body, and spirit.” Marcia Isman - a wellness home consultant for 16 years, she has
been encouraging her clients to bring the healing power of nature into
their homes and their lives.  She will be
speaking on "Lowering Stress...By Turning Your Home into A Wellness
Oasis and demonstrating massage techniques.” Eileen Lichtenstein - Peak Performance
Success Coach and Certified Anger Management Specialist, EFT Practitioner,
Life-Career Coach and author of SOAR! with Resilience™, she will focus on
gratitude – finding the goodness in your life which helps you connect to something
larger than your individual experience. Tami
Racaniello
– a CPFT-HFI, Health Empowerment Coach,
President of It's Time to Get Fit, Inc., Certified Personal Trainer,
Nutritional Consultant, Reiki Master, Pilates & Yoga Instructor, Tami will  demonstrate fun
exercises that can be done anywhere to release stress, increase energy levels,
and create a happy and healthy mind and body.

Admission is $20 for non-members and $5 for members. A buffet lunch is
included. Lunch
will be served beginning at 12 followed by round robin introductions at 12:15.
