Jacobs Supports Efforts of POB H.S. DECA

Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) spent the weekend campaigning, non-stop, throughout the District.  While at ShopRite on Woodbury road in Plainview, she met up with DECA students from POB High School.  The students were there on behalf of The Little Shelter.  The generous shoppers were approached on their way into the store and asked to purchase items for the animals.  "The response was overwhelming and numerous bags of dog food, toys and other items were left at the table for the Shelter.  It was just wonderful to see, " said Jacobs, who is a longtime supporter of the efforts of the DECA students.
