Self-Defense – In Tiger Schulmann’s mixed martial arts we bring many tools when it comes self-defense. Tiger Schulmann’s Incorporates the techniques  and concepts of kickboxing and close range defense. Kickboxing Teaches the most effective hand , Knee, elbow and foot Techniques alone with an intense cardiovascular workout.  This Combination enables you to defend yourself in stand-up situation before someone gets close enough to grab you. The second concept we teach is Submission Grappling or close range defense. Close rang defense teaches how to escape holds grabs using throws, joint locks and submission Techniques. These defenses are best used in situation that end up on the ground. When you combine the two the makes mixed martial arts. While most schools focus on one area of self-defense Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts unique fusion of these disciplines. This gives our students the knowledge to defend themselves in virtually any Situation. Statistics show that people who know how to defend themselves usually don’t have to because they carry themselves in a more confident manner. When people are not physically intimidated by others , they become ,more self- Confident.

The Muscular Development increases strength and tone of the muscles, while the cardiovascular boosts stamina and increases daily energy levels through out the day, and lastly flexibility witch will make the body recover faster less aches and pains and keeps people feeling youthful. Self Discipline – Many times you hear stories about how a workout programs or gyms not working. The reason they’re not working is because their is no discipline. The is one of the most important things you are going to learn in TSMMA. Most of the time when an adult goes on diet he falls of track because they aren’t  being motivated to keep going when they don’t see results the fall of track. During Your time training at one of our location your going to learn when an obstacle does come your one of our instructor will aid you step by step until you achieve our goals.
