The Long Island Rough Riders are proud to announce their Fall Training Series Program at Globall Sports Centers.

Get in shape and refine your soccer skills now!  Choose from any of the 3 proven Rough Riders training programs: Goalkeeper, Striker or Sampler Series.  Plus we have our schedule for Soccer Shots.

A collection of classes that provides goalkeepers with the fundamental techniques and understanding of the position while introducing advanced team concepts.
