Car Plows Into Tree in Old Bethpage, Driver Hurt

One person was injured after his SUV crashed head on into a tree in Old Bethpage Sunday night.

Nassau County Police units and Bethpage firefighters were called to the scene at 8:10 p.m. Sunday of the one-car crash. The incident took place at the corner of South Park and Sarah drives in Old Bethpage.

The driver was transported by amulance to a local hospital. The cause of the accident and the victim's condition could not be learned.
