Was there a description of robber(s) @ Chase Bank in MVP today or get-away vehicle? Or on foot?

I did not get an email from the district's superintendent concerning this bank robbery until 6:45pm this evening. That is unacceptable as is the fact that the responding police department did not notify the superintendent in a timely fashion. Lock down for the entire district should have happened almost immediately. The bank robber disappeared within minutes. All of the schools are within minutes of Chase bank. Thankfully all of our children, staff members and administrators are safe. There was a gun involved on a remedial day of school. "Sorry" would not suffice had there been a different outcome. This in itself is quite tragic.

There's always the 1%'ers. I just had to delete what I was about to say because my mouth would have gotten me in trouble :-X

Safety first, especially when it comes to our kids. With that said, the Mid Island Y put their safety plan into effect immediately after I contacted them. Kudos to them for being safe rather than sorry. Is there anymore information yet?
