Crime Report: 4 Burglaries, 1 in Plainview

NCPD reports crimes in surrounding neighborhoods, but Syosset survives a week without burglaries.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Second Precinct of the Nassau County Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Four burglaries were reported by Nassau County Police in communities near Syosset and Woodbury this past week. A burglary was reported in Plainview on Plainview Road, while Lattingtown, and Locust Valley and Levittown each reported one burglary as well.

  • June 8: Burglary; Spiral Lane, Levittown.
  • June 9: Petit larceny; Home Depot; Syosset.
  • June 9: Grand larceny; W. Old Country Road, Hicksville.
  • June 9: Grand larceny; S. Brittany, Bethpage.
  • June 9: Grand larceny; Castaldi Court, Bethpage.
  • June 9: Robbery; Polaris Drive and Zenith Lane, Levittown.
  • June 11: Criminal mischief; Fairway Market, Plainview.
  • June 11: Grand larceny; Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury.
  • June 12: Burglary; Plainview Road, Plainview.
  • June 12: Burglary; Loring Road, Lattingtown.
  • June 13: Burglary; Kaintuck Lane, Locust Valley.
  • June 13: Petit larceny; Jericho Turnpike, Syosset.

  • June 15: Deysi Interiano; charged with grand larceny; North Broadway, Hicksville.
  • June 15: Shahla Sabeti; charged with criminal mischief; Pine Drive, Woodbury.
  • June 16: Cinthia Gonzales; charged with criminal mischief; Jericho Turnpike, Woodbury.
  • June 17: Travis Straub; charged with petit larceny; South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview.
