The Second Precinct reported:
- On Sept. 1, criminal mischief, Hill Drive, Oyster Bay, tires punctured on automobile.
- On Sept. 1, petit larceny, Wallace Drive, Plainview, toolbox/tools stolen.
- On Sept. 2, petit larceny, Hicksville LIRR lot, Hicksville, Ipod/EZ pass stolen.
- On Sept. 2, petit larceny, Broadway Mall, Hicksville, Ipod stolen from automobile.
- On Sept. 3, grand larceny, Precision Auto Repair, Hicksville, headlight assemblies/intake manifold stolen.
- On Sept. 3, grand larceny, LIRR parking lot, Hicksville, cell phone/camera/dvd player stolen.
- On Sept. 3, criminal mischief, IKEA parking lot, Hicksville, backpack/GPS stolen.
- On Sept. 3, petit larceny, Sears, Hicksville, clothing/cologne stolen.
- On Sept. 4, criminal mischief, Hill Drive, Oyster Bay, tire punctured on automobile.
- On Sept. 4, criminal mischief, Holyoke Road, Hicksville, tires slashed on automobile.
- On Sept. 5, criminal mischief, Piquets LA Swim Club, Woodbury, fence damaged.
- On Sept. 5, petit larceny, Broadway Mall, Hicksville, catalytic converter stolen.
- On Sept. 5, petit larceny, Broadway Mall, Hickville, tire and rim stolen from automobile.

- On Sept. 3, Pablo Becerra, 55, aggravated unlicensed second-degree, Route 135, Woodbury.
- On Sept. 4, Ruben Diaz, 29, aggravated unlicensed first-degree, Northern State Parkway, Hicksville.
- On Sept. 4, Joseph Youssef, 61, petit larceny, Sears, Hicksville.
