Four People Hurt in Morning Crash on LIE
Traffic was tied up in both directions after crash near Sunnyside Boulevard.
A two-car collision on the eastbound Long Island Expressway Friday left four people injured and caused morning commuting delays near Plainview.
Nassau County Police and ambulances responded to the crash on the eastbound LIE at Sunnyside Boulevard during the morning commute. The two-car crash caused a Honda Pilot to roll over several times, authorities said.
Four people were left injured and transported to local hospitals. Their conditions were not immediately available.

Police and fire crews were able to re-open the right and center lanes, but traffic in both directions was jammed during the morning commute.
