The morning roll-over crash on the LIE has been cleared and all lanes are moving smoothly.
A dump truck rolled over at Exit 41 and spilled its contents on the roadway, closing all but the HOV lane. Crews have cleared away the debris and traffic in the eastbound lanes are moving smoothly.
