Plainview F.D. Recruitment Drive Set for this Weekend
Here's your chance to learn what it takes to be a firefighter and how you can help the community.
The Plainview Fire Department is holding a recruitment drive this weekend and is looking for volunteers to join their ranks.
The event is set for Saturday and Sunday, April 27 and 28, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. both days at Fire Headquarters on Old Country Road.
Firefighters will be on hand to discuss their work, the valuable skills you can learn as a volunteer and the benefits that come with the job. There are many.
