TODAY'S 5:
1. As before, conferences are routine private meetings between lawyer to discuss the status of the case. We'll bring an update if there are major new developments.
2. A will continue their efforts to raise the wreck of a cabin cruiser resting on the bottom of Oyster Bay. Divers spent about 7 hours working the scene on Tuesday. They will try again today to raise the boat that killing three children, on July 4.
