Daylight Saving Time begins in most of the United States Sunday at 2 a.m., meaning an hour of sleep is lost Saturday night into Sunday morning, unless you simply sleep another hour and pay no attention to any of this.
The however, has a serious reminder: The arrival of Daylight Saving Time should also be a reminder to change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

The United States will not return to Standard Time until Sunday Nov. 4, 2012 at 2 a.m., which frankly is too long to wait to get an extra hour of sleep.
