Two teenage girls suffered minor injuries when their car struck a utility pole on Plainview Road Tuesday afternoon.
The single-car crash happened around noon on Plainview Road at Barbara Lynn Court. Electrical service to a home on Barbara Lynn Court was ripped from the side of the house.
Plainview firefighters attended to the injured and secured the scene. LIPA was
notified.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
