Three Charged with Selling Booze to Minors

Incidents took place in Farmingdale, Hicksville and Jericho, police charge.

Three people have been charged in connection with selling alcohol to minors, Nassau Police said.

Members of the Second Precinct made the arrests on Monday as part of the initiative known as “Project 21.”

According to police, with the assistance of an underage agent, the following persons were charged with Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverage and Unlawful Dealing with a Child:

Sukhjeet Singh, 26 of 8953 240th St., Bellerose, sold alcohol to a minor at the Valero Gas Station at 545 Conklin Street in Farmingdale.

Wei Guo, 31 of 8808 Woodhaven Boulevard, Woodhaven, sold alcohol to a minor from Newbridge Beer and Soda at 8 West Village Green in Hicksville.

David Jun, 52 of 50 Westwood Drive Westbury, sold alcohol to a minor from Together Wine Outlet at 14 Jericho Turnpike in Jericho.

All defendants were released on appearance tickets and will appear at First District Court in Hempstead.
