Two Injured in Fiery Collision on 135

Two women were sent to the hospital after a two-car accident involving an overturned auto on northbound Route 135 that burst into flames.

Two women were transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries after a two-car accident on the northbound Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway north of Plainview Road on Tuesday at 4:55 p.m.

A trauma team was called to accompany the women, one of whom was unconscious. 

One vehicle was overturned and burst into flames during the accident. Bethpage Engine Company No. 4 and the responded and quickly subdued the blaze.
