The Town of Oyster Bay will host the Battle at Bethpage III, a college lacrosse celebration slated to be held at Bethpage High School on Saturday, April 6.

The event will feature two outstanding games, a women’s matchup between the LIU Post Pioneers and the Merrimack College Ultimate Warriors at 10 a.m. and a men’s contest between the St. John’s University Red Storm and the Georgetown Hoyas at 2 p.m., Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto announced.

“Long Island has long been known as a stronghold for lacrosse, and here in the Town of Oyster Bay, we are proud to partner with the Bethpage Educational Foundation and the Bethpage School District and bring to our facilities these high level collegiate lacrosse contests,” Venditto said.
