I was wondering how the hearing went yesterday for Rusty Torres. Do you know if they settled or is there going to be a trial? I read your last article on Rusty not being invited to play in the Yankee's All-Star game and it mentioned that both lawyers had met twice already and deferred to July 16th.

There are certainly a lot of inappropriate comments on this page. You will never know how much this stuff hurts until it happens to one of your own. There is a lot of information you can find on the Internet including Rusty's statement that he did indeed molest that little girl. For those of you unfamiliar with the way the law works, you cannot enter a Guilty plea to a felony charge. Bottom line here from a parent who didn't want to believe this either. It is true. My first thought was that this couldnt have happened. Then we spoke to our daughter. You can't imagine the anger I felt. If you still have doubt, do some searching on the Internet and read the complaint. There will be no doubt after that. Don't trust anyone with your children!!!!
