Nassau County Legislator Judy Jacobs D-Woodbury, attended the annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon at the Mid Island Y JCC on Friday, Feb. 15.
"It is always an honor to take the time to honor these wonderful people who give of themselves every day to help others," Jacobs said. "Mr. Arnie Holtzman is an inspiration."
Holtzman received a special recognition due to his little red sport car which he uses to drive seniors to and from their appointments, Jacobs said.
