Plainview Water District Shows off Kids' Art Work
Annual poster contest winners display their artwork.
Some local elementary students recently got to show off their artwork as part of the Plainview Water District's annual poster contest.
THe students in grades 1-6 who placed in the top three in each category, posed with their posters, which had a water conservation theme.
Students were asked to answer the question What do I like about our tap water and why we need to conserve this precious resource?”
The posters were judged by water Commissioners.
