Plainview's four semifinalists in the national were honored recently at a reception by , D-Happauge.
The four, Parsa Erfani, Sherilyn Gould, Mariam Makram, and Samantha Fradkin were joined at the reception at Oheka Castle in Huntington by Long Island's other Intel semifinalists, nearly 60 in all.
Israel presented each student with a copy of a Congressional record statement he made naming each of them for their achievements.
