Today's 5: West Nile Spraying Tonight

Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, much of eastern Nassau County will be sprayed with a pesticide designed to kill the bugs that carry West Nile Virus. Plainview is on that list.

2. The Plainview-Old Bethpage holds its first meeting of the 2011-12 year tomorrow, Wednesday, at the on Old Country Road. Businesses interested in joining the growing Plainview-area chamber can attend the noon luncheon and sign up.

3. Port Washington visits,Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. for a boys soccer match.

4. The group holds its discussion of financial issues at the, Tuesday from  9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Today's highlight includes a demonstration of a new day-trading platform. Free.
