Jacobs Takes Part in JFK Career Day
Legislator among local leaders who spoke with Plainview 10th graders.
Nassau County Legislator D-Woodbury, participated in the annual Career Day at Plainview-Old Bethpage-JFK High School on Friday, March 15.
The 10th grade students circulated to different tables represented by many different area professionals.
They were given short summaries of the various job opportunities and they were able to speak to each professional about their particular career path.

“It is truly a wonderful way for a young person to see what intrigues them about certain professions and what they might have to do to achieve success in that career,” said Jacobs.
